7. What about the warranty on your charging points?

Our Wallbox charging points come with a standard 2-year warranty. For Easee charging points, we offer a 3-year warranty, and for Zaptec charging points, even a 5-year warranty. For more information, please contact our customer service.

  1. Can I also return my charging point?

Yes, you can return your charging point within 30 days if you are not satisfied. You can register your return via your account or by sending an e-mail to info@slimmlaadpunt.nl. Please contact our customer service for more information about the return process.

2. Do I need a separate meter for my charging station?

That depends on your current electricity connection and the type of charging station you choose. In some cases, a separate meter is required to measure electricity consumption.

3. Can I use my charging point outdoors?

Yes, all charging points are suitable for outdoor use. The charging points are waterproof and resistant to extreme temperatures.

4. Can I install my charging station myself?

We advise you to have the installation of your charging station carried out by a certified installer, so you can be sure that the installation is performed safely and professionally. On our website, we offer the option to choose installation through our installation partner.
